Petali

Aww I hope you will accept my apology for not updating this blog. Life asked the best of my resources once again, as a cook and as a nominated ‘grandpa’. ^^ Even so, I really enjoyed our Halloween party, cooking sweet treats for the children, playing outside with these little ones, laughing. It was a precious time, that I hope to repeat again sometimes soon. On November 14th, as I got more time on my hands, I decided to work in the garden to plant more flower seeds and grow edible vegetables as well, and I was glad to see little Selenia, Denise, Galvatron and Cyclonus helping along. I didn’t want to let them at first, fearing their parents would have something to say against it (because they get dirty and dusty, etc.) but in the end I allowed them to help me, and we had a lot of fun together. I love it when they call me ‘grandpa’, you know…  That alone could be enough of a reason to spend more time with these beautiful children.

Indeed, what the title says ^^ Finally free of duty, which in my case means cooking. I’m the Official Chef in Robocity and what I do everyday is cooking from the early morning to 8.30 pm. I got my free hours, of course! But my job, even though it’s my favourite and I truly love it, is very very tiring, especially for my back. Yeah, I know what you’re thinking now “Uni, you’re getting OLD!” Ahah! At least I have the honour to fill the Robocitans’ stomachs with some good meal, not that pre-cooked stuff you find at the mall!

Tomorrow will be my gardening day My beloved plants and flowers are waiting for me to make them something absolutely beautiful. Am I vain? XD I hope not! It’s just that I LOVE flowers. And that’s also why I named my website Petali. I will soon host my little friend Denise, who’s going to come over for the Robocity 14th Anniversary Day on February 15th. Many years separate our ages, but I don’t care; Denise is the bestest friend I could ever have And we share a love for gardening as well! ^^

I hope this website is really going to be my next hobby I need something new to add up to my days. Please, everyone who’s reading, just let me know through a comment if you want to exchange links with me. I’m totally new to all this and some new friends would make my day.
